Delicious peanut butter caramel cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture.
- Fold in caramel bits.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute caramel bits with chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
