- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine frozen bananas, peanut butter, milk, and honey (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve.
