Description

A creamy and delicious peanut butter and jelly cheesecake that combines classic flavors in a dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. Swirl jelly or jam on top of the cheesecake.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes, then let it cool.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use any jelly flavor you like.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • You can garnish with extra whipped cream if desired.
