- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Swirl jelly or jam on top of the cheesecake.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then let it cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any jelly flavor you like.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can garnish with extra whipped cream if desired.
