Peach pie cruffins are a delightful combination of muffins and croissants filled with peach pie filling.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can peach pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Grease a muffin tin with butter.
- Layer some batter into each muffin cup.
- Add a spoonful of peach pie filling on top.
- Cover with more batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These are best served fresh.
- Feel free to use fresh peaches instead of canned.
