- 1/2 cup champagne
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in peach puree and milk.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter and sugar, then add champagne until smooth.
- Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish with peach slices.
