Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small strips and tie each strip into a knot.
  4. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
