- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini slice into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
