Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini slice into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
