Description

Parmesan Crusted Chicken cooked on a sheet pan for easy cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on a sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
