Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture.
- Place coated chicken on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with vegetables for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before coating.
