- 4 boneless chicken fillet
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the egg, then coat with the cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear each chicken fillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
