Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Combine the chicken mixture with the cheese mixture until well coated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
