Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Place salmon fillets in the pan, skin side down.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  6. Flip the fillets and pour orange juice over them.
