A simple and delicious pan fried orange salmon recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Place salmon fillets in the pan, skin side down.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets and pour orange juice over them.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of salmon.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
