Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove fish from the skillet and set aside.
