Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the croissant pieces in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the croissants and stir gently to combine.
- If using, sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and set.
