- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
