Description

Oven-baked cabbage burgers are a healthy alternative to traditional burgers. They are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Take a cabbage leaf and place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled cabbage burgers seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the burgers.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
