- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Take a cabbage leaf and place a scoop of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up.
- Place the rolled cabbage burgers seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the burgers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Use any ground meat of your choice.
- Top with cheese for extra flavor.
