- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 4 oz crab meat
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak on a grill or stovetop to your desired doneness.
- While the steak cooks, blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice.
- Slowly melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture while whisking to create hollandaise sauce.
- Plate the cooked steak, top with crab meat and asparagus.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the top before serving.
