- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour marinade over them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
