Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour marinade over them.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.
