A simple and delicious onion beef fried rice recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g beef, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Push the mixture to one side and add beaten eggs, scrambling them until cooked.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix everything well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce according to your taste.
- You can add other proteins like chicken or shrimp.
