A delicious one pot meal featuring chicken, rice, and pasta in a honey garlic sauce.

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup pasta
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add honey, soy sauce, rice, pasta, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until rice and pasta are cooked.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
