A simple and delicious one pot salmon and rice dish.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add broccoli and place salmon fillets on top.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on rice type.
- For added flavor, season salmon before placing it in the pot.
- You can substitute broccoli with your favorite vegetables.
