Description

A simple and delicious one pot salmon and rice dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
