Description

A simple and delicious one pot chicken parmesan pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil before serving.
