A simple and delicious one pot chicken parmesan pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
- Use your preferred pasta shape.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
