Description

A hearty one pot dish featuring cheesesteak flavors and creamy provolone sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in tortellini and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tortellini is cooked.
