Description

A simple and delicious one pot beef stroganoff recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Stir in egg noodles, reduce heat, and simmer until noodles are cooked.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
