- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and bell peppers; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in penne pasta, barbecue sauce, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
