Description

A delicious one pan dish combining steak, pasta, and a spicy honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add honey and cooked pasta to the pan. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
  • You can substitute steak with chicken or tofu.
