Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine potatoes, onion, and olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
- Top with sliced kielbasa.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
