- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
- Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Add halved baby potatoes to the pan.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over chicken and potatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
