Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add rice and chicken broth to the pan. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
