- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
- Shape into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rolls rise for another 15 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use warm milk, not hot.
- Cover the dough while it rises to prevent drying.
- Brush with butter after baking for extra flavor.
