Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
