Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or milk
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and a pinch of salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon.
- Serve oatmeal in bowls and top with mixed berries.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
