Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, seeds, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan.
- Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the seeds as per your preference.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed with butter or jam.
