Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Spread Nutella on one half of the crepe, fold, and serve.

- Serve with fresh fruits or whipped cream.
- You can substitute milk with almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Store leftover crepes in the refrigerator.
