- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Stir in Nutella until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the Nutella mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
