Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil and mix in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
