- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend dates and almond butter until smooth.
- Add oats, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
