Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a container.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve.

- Make sure to use full-fat coconut milk for creaminess.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
