A simple recipe for creamy no churn ice cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mix-ins (chocolate chips, fruit, nuts)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Add your choice of mix-ins and fold gently until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Notes
- Use any flavor of extract for variety.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
