Description

A delicious no bake strawberry lasagna dessert that layers creamy filling with fresh strawberries and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (9 oz) graham crackers
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Add half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Top with additional whipped cream and strawberries.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness to preference with more or less sugar.
  • Let it chill overnight for better texture.
