Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake filling topped with fresh strawberries and a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams of digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams of cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 ml of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 300 grams of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 100 grams of strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the digestive biscuits and mixing with melted butter. Press into a lined 9×9 inch baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese, adding powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  4. Prepare the strawberry topping by heating sliced strawberries and strawberry jam in a saucepan until the jam melts. Let cool, then pour over the cheesecake layer and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
