Ingredients

- 1 cup red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each cake ball in melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
