A quick and easy no bake oats energy balls recipe packed with nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Using your hands, form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
