Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Using your hands, form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- These energy balls can be frozen for longer storage.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
