- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)
- Thin lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into a 9×9-inch baking dish and refrigerate.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- After the cheesecake layer has set, spread lemon curd on top and refrigerate for an additional hour before serving.
