Description

A delicious no-bake dessert combining cookie dough and cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve cold.
