A delicious no-bake dessert combining cookie dough and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping and mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve cold.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use different types of chocolate chips for variety.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
