Description

A festive no-bake lasagna perfect for Christmas gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and let them cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  6. Add a layer of spinach and mushrooms.
  7. Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • This dish can be prepared a day in advance.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables or meats based on your preference.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
