A festive no-bake lasagna perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add a layer of spinach and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared a day in advance.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats based on your preference.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
