Description

No bake Christmas almond balls are a simple and delicious treat for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. If desired, add shredded coconut to the mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll the balls in chopped almonds to coat.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
