No bake Christmas almond balls are a simple and delicious treat for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- If desired, add shredded coconut to the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in chopped almonds to coat.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
