Instructions

- Press the mixture into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan to form the base.
- In a separate bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
