Easy to make no bake chocolate oatmeal bars.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder.
- Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
