Description

A delicious no-bake dessert combining chocolate and peanut butter flavors in a cheesecake bar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until combined.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
