A delicious no-bake dessert combining chocolate and peanut butter flavors in a cheesecake bar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use a sharp knife for clean cuts.
- Chill overnight for best results.
