Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add nacho cheese sauce to the beef, stir to combine.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, and sour cream.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or fewer jalapenos.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Serve with extra nacho cheese on the side.
